4. SCHEDE ABBANDONO E ARCHITETTURE TEMPORANEE X RIATTIVAZIONE / technical sheet of abandonment and 3 levels of temporary infrastructures

A seconda dello stato di abbandono o sottoutilizzo e del tempo datomi in concessione, potrò commisurare ed attivare delle nuove infrastrutture ed architetture temporanee /Depending on the state of abandonment or underutilisation and on the time given me under concession, I will be able to tailor and act out new infrastructures and temporary architectures.

5.  BANDI-INVITI ALLA CREATIVITA’ / calls for proposals

gli spazi vengono assegnati ai vincitori di “inviti alla creatività” dei bandi con giuria scientifica. Ogni mese è previsto un “baratto creativo” di tempo e servizi che i nuovi usufruttuari dedicheranno al quartiere e comunità locale / the spaces will be assigned with temporary reuse contracts to the best reuse projects, winners of calls for proposals. The “creative barter” plans to devote each month time and services to the local community.

6. START-UP

lo start-up di uno spazio sarà il nodo cruciale per il funzionamento del progetto. Non solo allestimenti e businessplan per mantenere le spese (luce, acqua, riscaldamento,ecc) del nuovo luogo, ma anche molte riunioni tra i nuovi utenti per definire assieme le regole comuni d’uso dello spazio e le aperture al pubblico/ the start-up of the space will be the crucial point for the operation of the project. layout and interiors, businessplan for the maintenance (electricity, water, heating, etc.) but also meetings to define the common rules for the use of the place and the openings to the public.

7. POLITICHE PUBBLICHE RIUSO TEMPORANEO/ temporary reuse public policies

Trasparenza, visibilità, contatto e scambio tra Istituzioni, proprietari, usufruttuari e cittadinanza sono la base per ragionare e avviare ogni anno nuovi progetti di riuso temporaneo e valorizzazione del patrimonio immobiliare e  paesaggistico. Un TAVOLO CITTADINO ANNUALE permette di agevolare ed aggiornare gli attori nel merito / Transparency, visibility, contact and exchange between Institutions, owners, usufructuaries and citizens are the basis to discuss and start each year new temporary reuse projects and develop property and landscape assets. A town round table of the temporary reuse allows the actors to update about.
