MADE IN MAGE

Da gennaio 2011 a  dicembre 2013 il Comune di Sesto San Giovanni mette a disposizione spazi per atelier e laboratorio di moda e design sostenibile, presso gli ex Magazzini Generali Falck (Ma.Ge), in comodato gratuitocon spese di gestione e start-up per 3 anni. Il progetto ideato e curato dal laboratorio multiplicity.lab, DiAP Politecnico di Milano è gestito da ARCI Milano e vede il coinvolgimento di esperti nel campo del critical fashion, design e attività produttive sostenibili, eventi urbani, della cittadinanza attiva in stretta collaborazione con l’Amministrazione Comunale sestese.

.. e se anche tu stai cercando uno spazio e pensi che Made in Mage sia quello giusto per te, iscriviti al data base di riuso temporaneo e partecipa al 2° invito alla creatività Made in Mage.

Sustainable fashion and Design Competition 

19th February – 19th March 2011

Fashion-stylists, artists, designers and craftsmen, cultural organizations

and mutual companies, which operate in sustainable Fashion and Design

world and would like to experience a new project on “Conversion of

all that is sustainable”, can take part to this competition :“CREATIVITY

MADE IN MAGE”, a new project that has been promoted by multiplicity.

lab, Architecture and Planning Department of Politecnico di Milano

and the city of Sesto San Giovanni (MI), Cultural clubs, Sport and Youth

clubs, in collaboration with, esterni and Isola della Moda.

The aim of CREATIVITY MADE IN MAGE project is that of promoting

and support new craftsmanship and creative realities, which are

connected to sustainable Fashion and Design motifs, to encourage the

reuse of buildings, empty or underemployed spaces and to combine

new manufacturing activities with the development of Industrial and

Archeological Heritage of the city of Sesto San Giovanni (MI). 3 of the

best projects will receive as prize a 3 years exhibition stand for atelier and

a rent-free lab at the ex Magazzini Generali Falck (Ma.Ge): from

April 2011 to December 2013.
